THP - I hope your track meet went well last thursday.


Monday sucked! - Im at home now and have to help with dinner. My kids are lazy! They are good kids, never been grounded or in real trouble. My son missed straight A's on his report card by getting a B in english. They still need to start helping more around here. My wife does everything! She babies them too much. So I have been thinking maybe I should come up with a chart for chores or something. Anyway, off to help with dinner, see ya guys.

1) My track meet went very well last Thursday (or now that I think about it, it was a Tuesday, though I may have told you that it was Thursday ), thank you for asking I was supposed to go to a meet last Friday (the top two runners in each event of the previous meet would've gotten to go), but my coach didn't change the list in time, so I lost my one chance in the three years of track that I was finally able to go.

2) Watch the show "Super Nanny." She has some really good ideas for kids of all ages on to get them to be more responsible. I know because I've seen a few episodes

3) I LOVE spam!

Its Wednesday, 7:17 AM here at work... man I'm freaking tired. My baby girl had her second softball practice last night. 7 PM to 8:30 PM, it was cold, windy and spitting rain. She had a great time. It was a living hell for me. After the practice I took her home so she could shower and get in the bed, then I was off to the grocery store. My wife's knee has been jacked up again, so I'm doing it all. Didn't get home until almost 10 PM. It was a long long day. Worked 10 hours everyday for the last 2 weeks, then 5 or 6 hours Saturday and Sunday the last three weekends. I need a damn vacation. Ok, I'm done complaining now. Time to get to work, a virus has gotten into our system and we have been in a fight for the last two weeks. I hate computers!

Ya, busy busy busy. I hope this weekend I won't have to work and can get some work done on Murica. Get this site going a bit.

Lu Bu hasn't been on TWC in a while. I hope he is ok, he told me the new unit for Arcane was pretty much done. That really is secondary, I just want to hear from him so I know he is ok. After someone else just up and disapeared I get a bit worried when a regular doesn't check in every few days. Exspecially when they are consistantly online and don't mention taking a break.

Quark one of the first guys that helped KK develop Stainless Steel was helping me on a project and just didn't show up one day. KK and I believe something bad happened to him. We all where working on several projects with each other and he was there everyday. He was a writer, had some stuff published in Rolling Stone magazine and others. A great guy. One day there the next gone. I searched but couldn't figure out anything as I didn't know his real name. It sucks.

Spartan Total Warrior The rpg game from CA lol...i think we should make a great mod after that game..

I don't have a PSP, and either do my kids. I think it is about the only thing my kids don't have. lol I hope you find something to get you through those long hours of work Masaky.

Spartan Total War - Will have to look into this. You mentioned it before. I think it would be interesting Zack. Sorry to hear about the hospital. I hope everything is ok my friend. Will say a pray for you.

Well I'm glad you are feeling a bit better Zack.

After Murica, sure we can explore the idea. Several friends of mine from TWC have been trying to get me to try Mount and Blade. I here it is a good game, and moddable as well. We can look at a few different platforms if you want. I would also like to see if Shogun II gets some mod tools by then. I doubt it but one can dream. lol

Spartan Total Warrior is a fun game. You fight humongous hordes of Roman legionnaires, mythical beasts of old (e.g. the Minotaur, the Hydra, etc.) and the battles are just epic in scale. Sadly, the game did not sell well so it isn't that popular of a game.

Mount & Blade and Mount & Blade: Warband are two excellent games that any fan of Total War should buy. It's like an RPG mixed with Total War combat and you get to lead the battles! There are also a lot more mod opportunities with Warband than Total War.

All in all, I say that I like both games. If you had to get one though, I'd say get Warband. It's quite an adventure raising yourself up from nothing more than a peasant with a rusty sword to a king ruling the entire world!
